Working out weights will build muscle and lift your metabolism so you'll burn more calories. Also, muscle takes up less space than fat so you'll be smaller (but probably weigh more.


 Eat fewer carbs

Don't eat the maximum amount bread and pasta and you'll see a difference.

 Set a goal

Set a deadline to lose the load and write it down. for instance, ' By Dec 14/04 i will be able to weigh 150 lbs or less'. 


If you drink a soda or 2 each day you're adding empty calories. If you discover it hard to prevent completely, crop initially and drink water instead.

Grill or boil



Avoid fried meat, grill and use many spices. you'll get wont to it and doubtless enjoy it

 more.

 do not buy food

when you shopping, don't continue an empty stomach and you'll be less likely to shop for food. Keep your home 'junk food free' so you will not be tempted to indulge. Eat break fast Consume most of your calories early within the day and always eat breakfast. Don't eat after 8pm and not only will you avoid those added calories but you'll sleep better.

Give yourself a treat

When you tell yourself that you simply can't have something you would like it more. Give yourself a treat once each day (ie. half a cookie) and you will not feel you're missing out.

Use smaller plates
